We have coconut sugar. yatta! Here we learned about the process of making coconut sugar traditionally. Mr. Rama explained little bit to Rose and Juliet and more explanation from the owner. He can speak English and know many guests from around the world. He told us that he have friends from the guest too. Sometimes, he chatting in Facebook with them.
Here, Rose was very interested with the sugar. She said that she is very love coconut sugar and coconut tree. Since coconut tree is full of benefit for human. She was interested to see the process of making coconut sugar traditionally. Moreover, she tried to pour the caramelized-sugar into the cup. Wow!!! I can feel her interest to coconut sugar. hehehe...
The rest, we just talked about traditional tool made from bamboo and bucket to take water from well. Then, Rose said she wanted to see the process of tking liquid from coconut tree. But, it was impossible since the owner took it from Yogyakarta. It's too far hehe...
