Nice to see you in my blog again.
This is one of the direct interactions between native and us. Yup! We served the meal to the guest at dinner time. Here, we explained the menu for the dinner. We gave 3 courses, there are appertizer, main course, and dessert.
For the appertizer we have soup. It can be broccoli, sweet corn, carrot, and cabbage. Then, for the main coourse we have steammed-rice, satay, green mustard with curry sauce, local salad (trancam), stir-fried stringbean, rendang, potato with coconut milk, egg for vegetarian, friend tofu/ tempe, and many more. We served local food in the menu. Last, the dessert, we have mango slice, banana caramel, and martabak (cheese/chocolate).
We served different menu for the guest who have been stayed for more than one night at Rumah Dharma. So, it would not make the guest feel bored with the meal.
In this session, we can talk to the guest for a while like asking about the favourite food, their activities in a day, their plans, and so on. It was cool to talk with them.
